Perched upon the sands of new silver beach, this waterfront property was set for a teardown and rebuild. Joseph Agrillo Jr. Inc was able to cover all aspects of the demolition and site work for this project, as well as the entire landscape design and installation. This state of the art home brings a touch of modern to an old beach community, which will reflect and carry throughout the entire property. The low maintenance landscape will resemble a dune landscape with beach grass throughout. Touches of colors, textures, and layers will be added with a mixture of plantings that will bring a vibrant touch to the landscape and add screening where needed.
